Hours of Operation

The facility is staffed from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that our Voice Mail system may answer your call if all of the facility telephone lines are in use.

On weekends and holidays, the facility is staffed at a minimum from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

In the event of an after hours emergency, the telephone numbers of the Facility Veterinarian and Facility Supervisor are posted throughout the facility. Other NIH veterinarians and staff are also posted as back-up.
